AVOID WASTE WITH OUR WATER AND OIL SENSITIVE PAPER

HIGH-TECH PAPERS TO SHOW THE DEPOSITION OF DROPS WHEN APPLYING AGRICULTURAL PESTICIDES.

WHY US

DON’T WASTE PESTICIDES USE WSPAPER

Droplets smaller than 150 microns allows drift, and do not reach the target, favoring waste, environmental contamination and problems with sensitive crops in the surrounding area. The water sensitive papers will help with the sprayer calibration and reduce or avoid such a situation.

WHAT IS WATER SENSITIVE PAPER?

It is high-tech paper that shows the layout of droplets in the application of pesticides. When the droplets fall on the yellow side of paper, they turn into blue stains resulting from the reaction with water. They are easy to use and visualize and are portable. We recommend that you use at least 7 to 10 individual papers for each field evaluation due to variability.

WHAT IS OIL SENSITIVE PAPER?

It is a high-tech paper that shows the layout of droplets in the application of pesticides. When the droplets fall on the white side of paper, they turn into black stains, resulting from the reaction with oil. They are easy to use and to see, and are portable. We recommend that you use at least 7 to 10 individual papers for each field evaluation due to variability.

PACKAGE

The water and oil sensitive papers are commercialized in sizes 26 x 76 mm (1x3in).

The water sensitive paper is commercialized in bags containing 50 units each. Oil sensitive paper is commercialized with 25 units each.

The water and oil sensitive papers are packed in packages with a zipper so you can close after opened. The product is valid for 30 months after the fabrication date and 30 days after opening.

PRECAUTIOUS WHEN USING:

Handle with gloves, because the humidity on the hands will stain the paper. The paper expires after two and a half years after the fabrication date.

POSITIONING THE WATER AND OIL SENSITIVE PAPER

The water and oil sensitive paper must be distributed on the plants/soil as representative as possible to the target. We recommend the distribution in three extracts for each plant canopy: upper (UP), middle (MP) and lower (LP) part of the plant, or close to the desired target.

COLLECTING THE SAMPLES:

After spraying, you can scan the papers using a scanner or use a computer program to measure the droplets, as well as cellphone apps to process the results, or manually interpret them with a magnifying glass and comparing them with references.

DROPLET SIZE CORRECTION:

When the droplets are deposited on the paper, they produce larger stains, requiring the use of the Correction Factor (FC) to provide the corrected diameter closest to the real one. To do so, it is necessary to divide the observed diameter by the correction factor contained in the table, or through the regression mathematical model below.
